Lara suits expats who want an upscale, resort-style lifestyle, direct access to Antalya's main international school (AIS), and a strong Russian/Ukrainian-speaking community. Konyaaltı suits expats who want lower rents, a quieter and more residential daily rhythm, and an established Western European (German, Dutch, British) community. Most long-term Western expats who prioritise settling in choose Konyaaltı; those wanting resort comfort and school proximity choose Lara.

Konyaaltı is cheaper.
